Sump Pump Sensor, Auto Dialer and Battery Backup

Sump Pumps are mechanical devices and at some point will fail, usually at an inconvenient time. With a 513 Alert sump pump sensor and auto dialer you can now have a smart sump pump. You will have a sump pump alarm and a sump pump monitor. This is accomplished with a wireless float sensor that goes in your sump well. When the sump pump fails, the water will rise and trip the sensor. A wireless signal is then sent to the auto dialer which is connected to your land line (if you only have a cell phone, call us, we do have a work around). The auto dialer will then call 5 phone numbers up to 5 times in a row playing a message you pre-record. This could be your cell phone, work phone, spouse, relative or even plumber. In addition a siren will sound on the auto dialer. Instead of coming home to a flooded basement you will have the ability to respond to the situation and save your basement.

	513 Alert Open Contact Water Sensor Additional water sensor for the ability to monitor areas where water could pool such as next to a washing machine, dish washer or under a water heater. When water hits the contact it will set the alarm and wireless communicate with the Auto Dialer. $55
	513 Alert Temperature Sensor This sensor alerts you when the air temperature in your home drops below this 41 or 55 degrees. It also alarms if temperature goes above 95 degrees. This gives you the ability to know if your furnace goes out so that your pipes don't freeze. $55
